Effective 1 November 2026, Noble Steel Ltd has assumed ownership of the business operations previously conducted by Noble Engineering Services Ltd.
We are pleased to announce this exciting new chapter for the business while maintaining the expertise, service, and commitment that our customers have relied upon for many years.
Business Continuity
Customers can continue to expect the same high standards of workmanship, project delivery, and service that have been synonymous with the business since 1980.
Our fabrication capabilities, equipment, workshop facilities, and commitment to quality remain unchanged. We are continuing to serve commercial, industrial, and construction clients throughout Auckland and the wider region.
To ensure a smooth transition, key operational knowledge and customer relationships are being retained, allowing projects and ongoing work to continue with minimal disruption.
What Is Changing?
As part of the ownership transition:
Trading operations will now be conducted by Noble Steel Ltd.
New banking details will apply for all invoices issued from the effective date.
Updated company information will appear on future quotations, invoices, purchase orders and contractual documents.
A new website and digital systems are being introduced to support future growth and improved customer service.
What Is Not Changing?
While ownership of the business has changed, customers can continue to expect the same commitment to quality, service, and project delivery that has been established over many years.
Several familiar faces will continue to play important roles within the business. Linda Zhao will remain in her position as General Manager and will continue to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business. In addition, Geoff and Henry will remain actively involved for a number of months to support the transition, assist with customer relationships, and help ensure a smooth transfer of operational knowledge and expertise.
Existing projects will continue as planned, and our commitment to quality, health and safety, and customer service remains unchanged. We will continue to provide structural steel fabrication, project management, and architectural metalwork services throughout Auckland and the wider region.

To support the transition, all existing contact phone numbers remain unchanged. Customers can continue to contact their usual points of contact using the same mobile and office numbers they have used previously.
Please note that all company email addresses have changed as part of the move to Noble Steel Ltd. We encourage customers and suppliers to update their records to ensure future correspondence is received without interruption.
